Via chat you can reach your customers at any time and chat with them

You have the possibility to contact your users via chat. This allows an immediate answering of questions of the app users. In addition, you can use the chat to send individual offers or actions to users. To do this, click Manage > Users in your dashboard. In the user list shown there, you can immediately write a chat message using the balloon icon and send it to your customers.

Alternatively, you can open the chat directly in the user profile of your app via the bubble icon and communicate with your customers on a personal level. (This only works if you have enabled the chat function under Settings > Chat.)

In addition to text messages, you can also send emojis and images via the chat. You can use this to relax your communication to the app users. At the same time this offers a good opportunity to increase your customer loyalty. Just click on the corresponding icon in the message field and send emojis and pictures.
