Can’t respond to your users’ chat messages every time? With the immediate response, the problem is simply solved

Your users send you a chat message, but you can’t answer it right away? The new Instant Reply feature allows you to define up to two different responses that are sent to your users as soon as they contact you. You can write these messages up to 1000 characters each.

To set the immediate response, open your dashboard under Settings > Chat. Then click on the Instant Reply tab. You can choose between two different types: In-App Registration and Custom Message.

In-App Registration
Move the slider to Enabled to create custom text by motivating your users to register in the app. This message reaches users who have not yet registered in the app. Here you can set a time delay when your answer should reach the users. You can use this setting if you have specified the In-App registration for your PWA or native app.

Custom Message
Use them to compose a welcome message and indicate when you can usually be reached, for example. Again, move the slider to Enabled. This message is always sent to your users and does not contain any registration buttons. This means that the message reaches both registered and non-registered users. You can also set a time delay here when this message should reach your users. Click on Save to save these settings.

Your written replies will only be sent if your users’ messages remain unread for the previously set delay time.
