Meet customers on a personal level
Yeah, that’s possible. To do this, call up the user list in your dashboard under Manage > Users. Then click on the bell icon. You can use it to send individual push notifications to one or more users.
Alternatively, you can also send the push notifications via the respective user profile. Simply select a user from the user list by clicking on them. Then click on the bell icon under the name of your app user.
It is also possible to use the AppYourself mobile dashboard to forward individual chat messages to your app users while on the go. These messages will appear as push notifications when your users have not opened your app.
